It was a splendid evening on 10th November at Najrul Satabarshiki Sadan,Madhyamgram on the occassion of Swarnakana Merit Test Award ceremony and vocational Award Rotary Ratna. Inaugurated by National Anthem by members and Ann followed by opening dance. Inspiring speech by Prof Sibranjan Chatterjee successfully motivated not only the students but everyone including parents,members,family members who were presents at Najrul mancha. Vocational award rotary ratna were given to Shakti Pada Das [ Teacher ] for creating glorious students, Mamoni Mondol [Handball Player] ,Dr Bhaskar Banerjee [ Doctor] for his dedicated service for the people of Madhyamgram, Shambu Das [Taxi Driver] for Honesty. Along with individual awards Madhyamgram Girls high school received highest participation award and St Jude School got best school award.Flute by Pandit Mrityunjoy Mukherjee, wonderful songs by Pankaj Natta and Suvankar made the audience delightful. We were lucky enough to have the presence of Chairman- Madhyamgram Municipality Shri Rathin Ghosh and 3291 district team DG Rtn. Brojo Gopal Kundu, DGE Rtn. Mukul Sinha, DGN Rtn. Ajay Agarwal , PDG Rtn. Jhulan Basu, PDG Rtn. Shyamashree Sen and other district dignitaries.It was concluded by vote of thanks by President elect Rtn. Swapan Banerjee. Chief anchor and Committee chair PP. Rtn. Debasish Banerjee and his team along with president Rtn. Subhas Chandra Dey and his team,club trainer and mentor Rtn Kalyan Bose ,PP Rtn. Alok Nath Saha did wonderful job in making this ceremony a grand success.
