SwaBikash- Fostering children today for Independent tomorrow

Introduction

Children bring with them hope for a better tomorrow. Their aspirations are limitless, dreams are extraordinarily, just like their potential. However, around 10 crores (99 million) children in India have dropped out of school due to a host of different reasons. When you help foster these children, you bring out their inner scientists, doctors, musicians, engineers or athletes. This in turn helps us as a nation to reach our full potential. When you are committed to support, you help one child between the ages of 6 – 18 years to move away from the perils of early marriage, child labour, avoids exploitation and become empowered and educated. Starting this December 10th, Rotary Club of Madhyamgram Metropolitan announced and started the project "SwaBikash" to build a better future for children by providing them access to education and accommodation which will in turn create Independent Citizens and Leaders for our community in long run.

Backgrounds and Objectives

This initiative will change many life, fulfill many dreams, motivate many parents to stop making their childrens to became a child labour . Not only for them, this will help us full filling our unachievable dreams through the achievements of the children we will support to continue their study to become a future glory of India. For that we need to take responsibility of single underprivileged children till 18 yrs. Also we can create a fund with our group members,family members, well-wishers, anyone who want to involve in this project with any amount comfortable per head per month and donate the same by lead person to our trust or Ashram directly . This amount is nothing to us but priceless for those children to whom education is a luxury. Also our childrens will learn that their parents help their underprivileged brothers and sisters for their education. We have decided and took the first step but as we know united we stand, divided we fall, we am waiting for your hands to support us. Kindly think because your thinking might change the future of many children.

Bharat Sevasharam Sangha Ashram

We will admit the students to Bharat Sevashram Sangha ashram in Horkhali (Haldia) or Bajitpur(Bongaon) or any other Bharat Sevashram Sangha ashram and they will be stayed in the ashram and will be studied in their affiliated school. We will transfer the money to ashram as per their requirement.

There are many ways to involve in this project

 

1. You can look for such underprivilege children and get back to us .We will select them within the scope of our limited fund.

 

2. We can notify you( if interested)about a student and to which Bharat sevasharam sangha ashram he will be admitted. You can directly donate to the ashram and take regular followup.

 

3. Can donate to our trust(80 G enabled) ,we will send it student's ashram, we will report you daily update from ashram, recognise you in our club’s awareness programmes ,facebook pages, social media, website along with students details. Also you will get 80 G donation and can visit to that Ashram without even notifying us and see yourself.
