Rotary Club of Madhyamgram Metropolitan organized a Thalassemia Awareness Camp
Rotary Club of Madhyamgram Metropolitan organized a Thalassemia Awareness Camp on 20th August 2025 at New Barrackpore Colony Girls’ High School. The program was conducted among the students of Classes IX to XII, with teachers also in attendance.
Keynote speaker DG Dr Ramendu Homchaudhuri ,who, along with the Rotary District Awareness Team, highlighted the importance of prevention, early detection, and awareness of Thalassemia.
The event was also attended by Club Secretary Rtn. Prasenjit Chakraborty, past presidents, and several club members, whose active participation ensured the success of the program.

Project - Know Your Number ( Project Positive Health) organized at Rotary Clinic, Madhyamgram on 29.09.23 at 6 pm. 35 people were screened for blood sugar and basic parameters we're checked- Pulse, Bp, medical history, height, weight.
